Flight Operations
- Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston is open, and British Airways have resumed operations.
- Sangster International Airport (Montego Bay) is expected to reopen for limited commercial flights.
- Virgin Atlantic are operating several flights in and out of Montego Bay airport which may not appear on their schedule.
Virgin Atlantic Flights:
If you are in Jamaica and unable to return to the UK because your Virgin Atlantic flight was cancelled, we are directing you to complete the Virgin Atlantic away from home form. This will ensure that the airline is able to contact you and rebook you on the next available flight.

What you should do if your flight was cancelled:
- Contact the travel agent to confirm a reservation on the next available flight.
- Check your email for updates from the airline or travel provider

What should you do if you have a flight reservation for departure from 01 November onwards:
- In the first instance contact your travel agent to check your flight schedule
- Check your emails for notifications of changes to your reservation
- Check on the airline website for departure times and updates to your flight schedule
What should you do if you are booked to travel from 01 November 2025 & no longer want to travel?
- In the first instance, contact your travel agent to discuss the terms and conditions to make changes to your flight reservation. Contact must be made within our opening hours before your date of departure.

If you are currently in the UK and hold a confirmed ticket to fly to Jamaica, please note the following:
Sackville Travel strongly advises all passengers to contact your travel agent or airline before your intended travel date to discuss or make any necessary changes to your flight.
Failure to make contact prior to your departure date will result in your ticket becoming non-refundable and non-changeable.
